YUEHUA Entertainment announced on Tuesday (13) the termination of the company’s contract with the girl group EVERGLOW. The news was released by the South Korean press.

In an official statement, the company begins by saying that it is very grateful to the fans who send a lot of affection and love to the group.

“After careful discussion with EVERGLOW, we have decided to go our separate ways while wishing each other the best. As a result, EVERGLOW’s exclusivity agreements will end in June 2025,” the statement read.

The group debuted under YUEHUA in 2019 with six members: E:U, Sihyeon, Mia, Onda, Aisha, and Yiren. They have gained popularity worldwide.

“We sincerely hope for the new beginnings of EVERGLOW, who have shared many memories with us over a long period of time, and we will support their future activities with affection in our hearts,” the company concluded. The group’s last work was the mini-album “ZOMBIE,” released in June 2024.

After the announcement, Sihyeon took to social media to calm fans who were worried about the group’s possible disbandment. According to the singer, disbanding EVERGLOW is not something they are considering. “We will continue to be a group with all the members.”
