Singer has started the process for mandatory military enlistment in the country
Singer Cha Eun-woo is preparing to complete his mandatory military service. He has applied for the selection process to join the South Korean army band.
The actor participated in an interview for the military band this Friday (9) at one of the units of the Ministry of National Defense in Seoul.
His agency, Fantagio, confirmed that Cha Eun-woo would be there. The results will be announced on May 29. If selected, Cha Eun-woo is expected to begin basic training in July. After completing the training, he will begin service as a member of the military band. Despite his preparations for enlistment, the actor continues to have a busy schedule. He is currently filming the upcoming Netflix series “The Wonder Fools,” in which he plays Lee Woon Jung. He is also set to appear in the film “First Ride” as the character Yeon Min.

Cha attended Nungnae Elementary School, Suri Middle School, and Suri High School before graduating from Hanlim Multi Art School in 2016, focusing on broadcasting and entertainment in the acting arts department. He studied at Sungkyunkwan University, majoring in performing arts in the theater department.
